Week 12

During my twelfth and final week of the internship, I covered the Country’s Calling music festival in Ocean City, Maryland, as the official lineup was revealed. This segment allowed me to focus on entertainment and community centered reporting while creating excitement around a major regional event. I researched the festival lineup, gathered details about the event’s impact, and presented the information in an engaging way for The Five Minute Fly By. Ending my internship with this story showed how much more comfortable and confident I had become in producing clear, professional on air content under deadline pressure.
